After last year’s massive collaboration with Spektre: “Shoot From the Hip”, Chicago Loop is back on Respekt with a brace of solo productions.
Wolf at the Door is a dystopian slice of techno with vocals from an alternative future set atop a bending, twisting, disorientating monster of a bassline. Spektre turn in a remix that maintains the feel of the original, whilst bolting on an extra layer of hoover mayhem.
“Don’t Let it Go” is a deeper cut, with bubbling arps and a soulful vocal snippet accompanied by a more raw mix from Tom Hades.
