Blood, Sweat & Tears marks the first outing of 2017 for one of UK deep house’s most prolific producers. Predictably, the Cardiff-based studio don is in fine form throughout, peppering a bouncy and bass-heavy groove with razor-sharp rave riffs (see “Magic Box”), before indulging his jazz and jazz-funk influences on the rich and fluid “Citrus Strategy”.
